For four years, I led the execution of all U.S. and international medical conferences for Medscape Education. Each year, we participated in approximately eight major conferences, where I was responsible for the end-to-end buildout of two on-site studio spaces on the exhibit floor. These spaces included fully equipped green rooms and dedicated conference rooms to support internal meetings for attending stakeholders. Each studio was outfitted with state-of-the-art production equipment and configured to support high-volume content creation, producing 20 to 40 sessions daily.
