Studio Design & AV Integration

At WebMD/Medscape Education, I led AV integration and operations across five broadcast studios, including two buildouts and $250K–$500K equipment budgets. I managed a six-person team supporting more than 300 live and recorded productions annually.

I oversaw studio infrastructure, procurement, vendors, mobile road cases, multi-location deployment, technical workflows, rehearsals, live execution and post-production. I also created field-producer guides and technical standards for national operations.

The studios supported high-profile healthcare programming, including the award-winning daily series Coronavirus in Context.

Global Conference Studio Operations

For four years, I led end-to-end technical production and on-site studio operations for eight or more major U.S. and international medical conferences annually, including events in Orlando, Chicago, Paris, Berlin and Barcelona.

At each conference, I oversaw the buildout and operation of two exhibit-floor studios equipped for high-volume content production. My responsibilities included AV planning, equipment deployment, vendor coordination, load-in, technical rehearsals, live production, troubleshooting and wrap.

Each studio supported executive leaders, physicians and internal stakeholders while producing 20–40 recorded sessions daily.

Executive Broadcasts & Leadership Content

I produced executive and leadership content for major healthcare and technology organizations, including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Roche Diagnostics, The Permanente Medical Group and Eli Lilly and Company.

I coordinated stakeholders, production teams and technical workflows from pre-production through final delivery. My work included production planning, executive preparation, studio coordination, multi-camera recording, live troubleshooting and post-production oversight.

These productions required a polished studio environment, detailed preparation and discreet support for senior executives and healthcare leaders.
